These Terms and Conditions govern your use of AB Outdoor Solutions' services and website. By requesting a quote, booking a service, or opting in to our communications, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
Section 01

SMS Messaging

AB Outdoor Solutions — Messaging

When users opt in, they will receive appointment confirmation and reminders after booking a service with our company. They may also receive promotional messages regarding service discounts or seasonal offers we may be running.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text STOP to the shortcode. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or reach out directly to [email protected].

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

As always, message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider. For privacy-related inquiries, please refer to our privacy policy.

  • Honoring opt-out requests promptly

Service Terms

By booking a service with AB Outdoor Solutions, you agree to the following:

  • Quotes provided are estimates based on the information you supply. Final pricing may vary if conditions differ materially from what was described.
  • You are responsible for ensuring safe and reasonable access to the service areas of your property.
  • AB Outdoor Solutions is not responsible for pre-existing damage to property surfaces.
  • Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance when possible.
  • Early scheduling discounts (10% off when booked 3+ months in advance) are applied at the time of booking and are non-transferable.
